A very important unit, students will learn about Body Image and the 3 Eating Disorders.  

 

Students will learn about the Six Classes of Nutrients and how to properly read a nutrition label.

 

Students will learn which activities are good to do and how to properly perform them, specifically aerobic and anaerobic activities.
